Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.

All orders will be processed during InStyle's business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove the item from your order and you will not be charged for it.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the colour or size of any items in the order and it is not possible to remove or add products to an existing order.

Shipping and Delivery Times

InStyle ships Internationally.

All prices quoted below are in CDN$ except where noted - you will pay the equivalent in your currency.

Please note that dependent on the item ordered, all online orders are shipped either from our Distribution Centre in Jamaica or Canada.

Shipping is free on all orders over $75 - US and Canada only.

Canada

Standard shipping within Canada GTA (consisting of the following locations Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Concord, Hamilton, Markham, Milton, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Thornhill, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, & Woodbridge) and to London, ON is a flat rate of $10.

Shipping throughout the remainder of Canada is $15. We do not offer shipping to : Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Delivery time

All orders are shipped & Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order. You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email that can be tracked on the carrier's website and view your expected delivery date.

GTA Delivery Times

Orders placed in the GTA (as noted above) will be sent via Canada Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped, and you may track your order using your tracking number.

Jamaica

Flat rate shipping within Jamaica is as follows:

Kingston - JMD$600.00

St. Catherine  - JMD$800.00

Rest of Jamaica - JMD$1,200

You may also request to use Knutsford Express  or other courier of your choice - please select "pick up" in the delivery option and send us an email with your request to use another courier - we will charge an administrative fee to arrange the delivery.

Delivery time

All orders are shipped & Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order for in stock items. For items not in stock, delivery may take up to 14 business days. You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email that can be tracked online.

Orders will be sent via our courier service. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is shipped, and our Courier will contact you directly via email or text once your package is out for delivery.

All Other Countries

Shipping is from our Canada warehouse and is done by by Canada Post. Shipping cost  depends on the shipping method used - shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times 

All orders are shipped & Delivered 7-14 business days from the day you place the order. You will find a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email that can be tracked on the carrier's website and view your expected delivery date which will depend on shipping method selected at checkout.

Buy online pick up in store

We offer FREE in-store pickup at the following locations:

Canada: 82 Summerside Avenue, Whitby, ON, Canada, L1R 0J9

Jamaica: 15 Hillview Avenue, Kingston, Jamaica

When you place your order at checkout, please select In-store pickup in shipping options to choose the location you wish to pick up your order (not all items are available for pick up at both locations).

Shipping is usually available for pick up within 24hrs after payment is received for in stock items and can take up to 5 business days for items not in stock at the pick up location. We will notify you by email when the order is ready for pickup.

**Please remember to bring your order confirmation email (mobile or a printed copy) with you and a valid photo ID to pick up your items.**
